Job Description


  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Business Partner to join its operations team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition and support man power planning, collaborating with business leaders to plan and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • They will go beyond basic recruiting by aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
  • This role is suited for professionals with Recruitment Business Partner experience within the Oil and Gas servicing sector who can attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Advise managers on hiring decisions, market trends, and talent availability
  • Enhance employer branding to attract quality candidates
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate with HR teams on onboarding and workforce planning
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and job boards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic hiring decisions
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices
  • Professional certification - CIPM
